All products purchased through our website are considered “Final Sale.” Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
2. Hygiene and Safety
At Soura Skin Elite, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Cosmetic products cannot be resold once they have left our facility. Because our products are applied to the skin, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been handled, opened, or used, as this poses a significant hygiene risk.
3. No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds or credit note refunds for any products purchased. By completing your purchase on www.souraskinelite.in, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have selected the correct product for your skin type/needs.
- You understand that results may vary from person to person.
- You accept that no refund will be issued once the product is shipped.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, we will offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

- You must provide an unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you open the sealed courier package until the damage/wrong item is clearly shown.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Note: If the product is found to be used or the seal is broken, no replacement will be provided.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Soura Skin Elite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
