1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (such as festivals or sales), processing may take an additional 2 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Fragile Packaging & Handling

Since cosmetic products can be sensitive to temperature and physical impact, we take extra care in our packaging:

  • All items are securely wrapped in protective cushioning to prevent leakage or breakage.
  • We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place immediately upon arrival to maintain the integrity of the formulas.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Soura Skin Elite is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.

6. Damages & Missing Items

We put immense effort into ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • MANDATORY: To claim a replacement for damaged or missing items, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that shows the package being opened for the first time.

7. Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the provided contact number to coordinate the delivery.
